Our state of mind
has a great effect on others
For example, if you do things while thinking "I do
not want to do it", you might easily get tired. However, if
you do things which you like, you will not get tired so easily. Therefore,
if you use your mind in a plus way, your body also becomes plus.
If you use your mind in a minus way, your body also becomes minus.
The state of the mind has a great effect on the body.
The state of mind has a great effect on others. We can see or touch
our body, but mind has no color or shape. Therefore, it is difficult
for us to know our mind correctly, and we tend to forget about our
mind. To know the Ki principles "mind moves body" and understand
your own state of the mind correctly, you will identify your own
problems.
In Ki society, we will show you "Mind moves body" through
experiences. In addition to that, we will tell you how to apply Ki
principles in your daily life.

Mind and body are
one

We face many problems in our daily lives. We tend to seek the
root of the problem outside of ourselves. The roots of these problems
are in our minds in many cases. By correctly knowing your own state
of mind, you will be able to find a solution to your problems.
Mind and body are originally one. When you use your mind clearly with purpose,
this is called "Shin-shin ichinyo (Oneness of mind and body)". On the
other hand, if you do not use your mind but use only body, this is called "Shin-shin
bunri (separation of mind and body)". When our mind and body are one, we
can maintain our health. |
