I have been reading Tohei sensei's books for ten years. I felt certain
that this is true teaching. I joined the Tokyo Ki seminar from January
2000. Sawai sensei taught me in a polite way and I could understand
many things. I was very surprised at the power of Ki. After that,
I became a Ki development institute student.
I will tell you what I have taught to my office workers again and
again.
Ki and education of office staff.
（Recruitment）
When I recruit new staff, I speak with them at the recruiting place.
I always say that it is important to be plus and work hard with plus
mind. Those who understand my thoughts will enter our company.
（Training / conference）
In training and conferences, I speak about the importance of plus
mind and words. If you use positive words, you can extend Ki. If
you use minus words, you cannot extend Ki. Mind is real. Therefore,
if you use mind when you work, you will not get tired. I said it
again and again.
「Atmosphere of the office」
I have been doing the above things. As a result, our office acquired
a positive atmosphere. I have reinforced "Do not say minus things" and "Do
not say slander" to the office workers. After the conference
or when staff leave the office, I told them to say "Thank you
very much. See you tomorrow." We used to say "Otsukare
sama (You must be tired)" to each other. However, after we stopped
using the words "Otsukare sama", we felt less fatigue than
before.

「I want to esplain
Ki breathing and self-Kiatsu to my staff. 」
I feel that it is wonderful to study Ki because we can recognize
Ki through Ki tests. And by doing Ki breathing, the fatigue is gone.
I receive Kiatsu once a month from Otsuka sensei. This is the happiest
time for me. I do self-Kiatsu everyday. My head and neck stiffness
get so much better. I think it is my mission to teach Ki breathing
and self-Kiatsu to my staff.
I am running a language school. If our language teachers are always
plus, they can positively influence the students. I would like to
contribute to society this way. To complete my purpose, I will be
plus and working with plus mind. |
